At The Birdhouse Chick, we want you and your backyard birds to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure the delicate birdhouse or feeder arrives back to us undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns department, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
