What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Absolutely. Most of our designs feature easy-access clean-out doors or removable panels to ensure you can maintain a healthy environment for your feathered friends each season.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
